  13.                            INTRODUCTION
  14.                            ============

  16. EASI-PLAN is a "shareware" program. IT IS NOT "freeware", 
  17. public domain software etc. After a free initial 30-day trial 
  18. period, every user who wishes to continue using EASI-PLAN must 
  19. register with the author, Invest-Tech, in order to upgrade to the
  20. latest fully-operational version. 
  21.  
  22. In return for registering, a user receives the latest release of 
  23. EASI-PLAN Lite with its 160-page spiral-bound printed manual 
  24. (incorporating tutorial exercises etc.), gains access to full 
  25. support etc. 
  26.  
  27. For details of the User Licence Agreement for EASI-PLAN, refer to
  28. the accompanying README.TXT file.
  29.  
  30. If you wish to secure a copy of EASI-PLAN Lite, the Registration 
  31. Fee is 75 pounds (US$120). The corresponding VAT amount is 
  32. 15.75 pounds.

  34. The Fee for EASI-PLAN Micro is 45 pounds (or US$70) plus VAT of 
  35. 9.45 pounds (at the Irish rate of 21%).

  37. If you wish to secure a copy of EASI-PLAN Pro, the most powerful 
  38. version of EASI-PLAN, the Fee is 145 pounds (US$230). The 
  39. corresponding VAT amount is 30.45 pounds. Note: Pro is not 
  40. available on 5.25" disks.

  42. DO NOT ADD VAT if:
  43.  
  44.      Your business is located in an EU State other than Ireland
  45.      and you quote its VAT number when registering.
  46.   
  47.      *or*
  48.      
  49.      You are located outside the EU.
  50.  
  51. DO ADD VAT if you are located (a) in Ireland or (b) in another 
  52. EU State and are not registered for VAT.

  54. If located outside the UK or Ireland, add 10% for shipping etc.

  56. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Access, MasterCard or 
  57. Eurocard). This is the preferred method.

  59. You can also register via PsL and CompuServe. Bank drafts/checks, 
  60. postal money orders and Eurocheques are acceptable provided that 
  61. they are denominated in pounds sterling, US$ or Irish pounds.

  64.                        HOW TO REGISTER

  67. To register by mail directly with Invest-Tech, use the Registration 
  68. Form below.

  70. To register by phone or fax with Invest-Tech, use the numbers
  71. listed at the end of this document.

  73. You can register via the CompuServe Shareware Registration 
  74. Service (GO SWREG). EASI-PLAN Lite's Registration ID is 8018. If you wish
  75. to remotely upgrade your existing copy of EASI-PLAN, you should register
  76. via SWREG and immediately send us a separate CIS message quoting your 
  77. copy's unique 12-digit code number and advising of registration through 
  78. SWREG. Once notified by SWREG of your registration, we will send you the 
  79. corresponding Upgrade Code Number in a CIS mail message and post the 
  80. manual by 1st Air Mail.

  82. You can also upgrade and register directly with Invest-Tech via 
  83. our World Wide Web (WWW) site on the Internet using a credit 
  84. card and its special built-in forms. See bottom of file for 
  85. details of its location.  Our Web site, called PlanWare, 
  86. contains downloadable versions of *ALL* our financial planners 
  87. for businesses and the home. It also offers useful advice in 
  88. the form of text files on such topics as business planning, 
  89. cashflow forecasting etc. as well as lots of other interesting 
  90. stuff.

  92. If you wish to remotely upgrade your existing copy of EASI-PLAN 
  93. Lite to the fully-operational version, be sure to quote the 
  94. unique 12-digit number shown on its Upgrade screen (press U for 
  95. Upgrade from the Main Menu).

  97. If you are using a credit card, you can also register the Lite version 
  98. of EASI-PLAN with a MC, Visa, Amex, or Discover card from Public 
  99. (software) Library (PsL) in the USA by calling 800-2424-PsL or 
  100. 713-524-6394 or by FAX to 713-524-6398 or by CIS Email to 71355,470. 
  101. You can also mail credit card orders to PsL at P.O.Box 35705, 
  102. Houston, TX 77235-5705. PsL's product reference number is 14081 (be 
  103. sure to specify the Lite version).

  106. INVEST-TECH, THE AUTHOR OF THIS PROGRAM, CANNOT BE REACHED AT THESE
